Payment Options

What are the different payment options available in hardysteele.com?

We accept the following payment options :

 

- Visa and MasterCard credit cards

- Debit Cards

- American Express credit cards

- Net Banking

- Credit Card EMI

- Cash on Delivery

- Bank Transfer from your bank a/c - by Netbanking or in local bank branch

- Demand Draft /Cheque


What is Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option ?

If you would like to pay cash at the time of delivery, you may choose the "Cash on Delivery" option during checkout. Please note that the courier will hand over the parcel only AFTER you make the payment. You will not be allowed to verify the product before payment. If you have a need for exchange, please follow the steps explained in our Returns Policy.

Please note that orders for personalised items and bulky items are not applicable for COD payment.

Is there any charge for orders with Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option ?

For order value of less than 300, we charge a nominal COD fee of  €10, else it is FREE.

I cannot see an option of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) while making payment?

We have COD facility in a wide number of pincodes.

In case we do not have COD in your area, you may pay cash from your local bank branch into our Bank account by choosing "Bank Deposit" during checkout. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you with our bank account details. Kindly make the cash deposit and inform us by email or phone.

I have a Net Banking facility with my bank. Can I transact directly from my bank account?

Yes, You may want to deposit cash in your branch or make an online transfer directly from your bank account into our bank. This facililty is available in "Bank Deposit" option during Checkout. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you with our bank account details. Kindly make the deposit and inform us by email or phone. Your order will be processed after the amount is credited into our bank account.
